Heart's Blood

I jUst finished this one. Didnt come out like I had in mind but i still like it.

oh and dont try to get some sense out of the writing - there is none.

First time I painted a rose! yay xD

This looks really cool. Watercolours aren't very easy to work with in my opinion but you're really good at it.
As for critique, I suggest shading the paper around the rose like in the photomanipulation.
Anyway, you did a really great job at giving the paper the right texture. Keep up!!

i love it! very well done. my only critique is that the blood looks like it's floating over the paper instead of on it. But it is still an amazing peice!
