Havoc Smoking

Lieutenant Jean Havoc discovers another reason not to smoke.

Colonel Roy Mustang (aka The Flame Alchemist) is explaining to Lieuntenant Riza Hawkeye and the rest of his subordinates how he accidently burned off Havoc's uniform lighting Havoc's cigarette with his flame alchemy.  Instead of smoking a cigarette Havoc himself is left smoking!
