it's Tsubaki from Soul Eater. I lurve that series! it is so awsomely random!
I did this piece for iconVampirella87's contest on DA, I had such a hard time choosing who to do!My fav characters are the twins, tsubaki and Shinigami sama (and I kinda like Blair)
Tsubaki won out, but I have to do one for the twins and shinigami sama.
The outfit is the one from the first manga, I liked that one a little more than the anime version.
