Something precious I've been working on for over five days for hours at a time. It was inspired by feeling and music, dreams and visions in my mind's eye. H'jad is one of the most precious creations to me for reason I could never begin to explain. There are a hand full of characters of mine that make my heart smile by just being them. The same can be said for the ocean. I love water, I love swimming even though I don't get to that often..

Together, he and the ocean evoke so many feelings that I can't even put words to. Though more than anything I wanted to show the wild and free spirit that both sea and steed share. There is a link between the two, deep and beautiful; as is the link between myself and this most special equine of mine. Its hard to explain, though I know a few friends will understand. So where my words fail me, there is always the language of art. <3

The piece itself is yet another large scale being 1400 x 1500 pixels, which isn't nearly as large as the -Cold Heritage- piece but big enough to slow my computer down. The ocean background was inspired by the song Vorrina Pi as well as the beautiful commission I recieved from ~FireofAnubis (check it out here - [link] ). The piece will also soon be available as a print and will be sold in both my Etsy shop and at any con I attend.
