Coastal Dragon WIP

Something I'm working on for a video game concept.

I'm TERRIBLE with animal anatomy, so any help that can be given is welcome.  Especially redlines.  BE BRUTAL, I guessed with a lot of this and I need to know where I messed up.

The finished thing is supposed to be covered in many small feathers, with the exception of the wings and tail, which have bigger feathers, obviously.
