This is a scratch art work. If you didn't know its most commonly a black paper in which you use a tool to scratch a picture into it.

oh! i used to love that stuff but I haven't done it in like ten years! Great job on Sesshomaru- this is after InuYasha cut his arm off, right?

  thank you for your comment and this picture was right after sesshoumaru got hit by the windscar and rin found him. This one is my favorite....some of the lines got distorted though when I was scanning and resizing.
