The Last Unicorn

A scene I thought up with two of the characters from The Last Unicorn. It's one of my favorite animated movies and my grandma showed it to me when I was little so it has alot of sentimental value.

Done with simple graphite and water colors.

(I know I could have fixed that little spot on the tree with photoshop but digitally editing it just felt wrong for some reason >.<)

I loved that movie as a kid ^^ I'd like to see it again to re-remember the plot... I made like... 4 fan stories off it XD

  No XD I was like... 10 when I wrote them so they're of Me Mary Sueing the unicorn, adopting another unicorn's name (Beldin from The Return of the unicorn http://pics.librarything.com/picsizes/e2/20/e220bd5ddf469ff59384c355541434d414f4541.jpg )and going to the Princess and battling the red bull with my awesome Sue abilities, stealing evil wizards wands XD I think I lens flared it and destroyed it's soul I made a little cow side kick for her called Carol too >.> Essentially, I peiced together a heap of characters from other stories and made a fan story- the evil characters were all from Kings Quest 3 the game...
  
  Oh damn it. I'll scan the art for you even so you can se the HORROR of 10 year old... no wait... It'd be more like 9 year old me drawing Beldin and Carol... YOU ASKED FOR IT! I was gonna hide it from the world and EVERYTHING. I was so proud of how I drew Carol back then too... XD
  
  OMG- nostalgia trip... Don't ask why I still have my creative writing books from when I was 10 or below. I had the WEIRDEST imagination back then O.o

  haha! that's so cute though! even if it is a pic from a ten year old. I dont have any of my childhood attempt at writing >.< one time I tried to write a screenplay with a naga and human... some how it came out terribly like lord of the rings xD so I know all about the crazy young writing attempts. Thanks for sharing! Memory lane is always a fun one
