The Catalyst 5

My 5th The Catalyst drawing.

This one is a bit of a peculiar one, with different reasons for different things.

Initially this started out as female anatomy/perspective practice, sort of just for fun. However once I finally got the pose to sooperate I really liked how it looked. So I then began detailing the crap out of just her body after deciding to make it Jade, from my story The Catalyst.

Later I added Caleb, whose face is AWFUL, all in all their faces were not being very nice anyways...but his annoys me the most. I then added the Immortal because I felt if Caleb was there he should be too. These two guys were also some male anatomy/perspective practice.

And finally I added the fruits.

The fruit and ribbon have meaning, as do the band on Caleb's wristband, Caleb's tattoo, Caleb's earring, the ribbons in the two bits of the Immortal's hair, and the Immortal's necklace. (he is holding a ribbon piece and looking at it) Have you all begun to see the pattern in the apples and peachs yet??? Because they do actually have a point.

This drawing actually ended up with a lot of meaning to the story in it when it all started as fun anatomy practices. Sooo yeah.
