Dear Agony

This sketch was inspired by the new album, "Dear Agony", by Breaking Benjamin. Myself and other Ben-Heads have been waiting an excrutiatingly long time for this new album, and certainly weren't disappointed when it went on sale today :D

Okay, so outside the shameless BB promotion, I haven't actually drawn anything...in...ages? So I'm going to ask for light critique on this. It moved from invloving two angels, then to one, then back to two, and finally ended with one. I'm proud of the proportions, but I'd like to see more action happening with the pose...

Anyway, let me know what you think!

    I absolutely love this! It looks amazing. You convey such passion with very simple lines.

    I like it, it looks painful. the wing that is still intact looks like its in the middle of the back though instead of near the scapula

      Thank you my dear, and I completely overlooked that. The whole upper back looks wonky to me now. Something about the angle...hmm. I'll have to revisit it! Yes
      Thanks again!

        I think itf you flatten the line to a curve from the butt to the shoulder the back will look like it's extended around rather than compressed then lengthened... I think? ^^;

          I see what you're saying; I'll have to give it a try. Thanks!
