Kasuga's Parents

Yep, Kasuga's beloved mama and pappy XDD Their names are Akeno and Harutaka.

Kasuga's grandparents on both sides and other Ofue Nin moved from their mountain homeland to Kirigakure seeking a new way of living. However, at the time, the Ofue had to keep their kekkei genkai secret from their colleagues lest they be persecuted or worse. But as time flew by, the fear of bloodline users faded away, allowing the Ofue to use their traits freely.

Harutaka and Akeno were promised to one another through an arranged marriage, so the relationship between the two was more of a mutual partnership than a loving one, nonetheless they tolerated one another dutifully. Ofue detest intermarriage as they wish to keep their bloodline pure and untainted.

Akeno and Harutaka prefer working as a duo as they are more accustomed to each other and usually performed missions together. Of course when told to, they'll work with fellow ninja. Harutaka prefers handling the physical stuff such as fighting off enemies whilst Akeno did the strategizing and information collecting. 

Both fight with a fierce tenacity and are equally proud of their Ofue heritage.

Kasuga is their only child and the couple treasured her more than anything. They spoiled her rotten and had her given special training apart from the other children. This resulted in Kasuga becoming mean-spirited and arrogant, and she would often pick on students less skilled than her. The teachers dislike her cruel and domineering behaviour but Harutaka and Akeno believed that it'll make her a strong ninja in the near future.
