Queen of hearts

I had an idea to do a queen of each suit of a playing card. Each of the queens are already drawn and have their own respective weapon. She's the first of the 4.

I will hopefully be finishing the others soon.

Revisited on feb 13,2010 to alter the face. Hope you like the new version. :3

Whow, great picture. Especially the skirt is awesome.
Her eyes seem to be a bit cross, but it's hard to tell for sure (tiny!). And her upper lip bugs me, but that's just me.
Keep up, if the rest of queens will be this good, it will be wonderful series.

  Actually I adjusted the face a bit more after your comment. I didn't change the upper lip because I wanted her to have a pucker. Puckers to me always look a bit like a heart so I felt it matched the queen of hearts.
  
  I just softened her eyebrows a bit so she didn't look as pissed off. Do you like it better now?

  Yep, I think it helped. It was a tiny detail anyways, I doubt anyone would notice.
