Anuket the silver jackal and Priestess of Anubis.
I decided to try my hand at an Egyptian themed character after being inspired by ~darknatasha's many portraits of the jackal god, Anubis. Thankfully I didn't botch it as bad as I thought I would! XD I didn't want to go with the usual black the Anubis is shown as, and I thought white would be too overpowering for this, especially with all the color.

Silver isn't a color I see too much with the jackal so I thought I'd give it a try. Lo and behold it actually works really really well with the entire piece and suits Anuket more than the black ears and tail. Speaking of, I decided to name her Anuket after the Nile Goddess, its such a pretty name and seems to fit her well.

Of course, my scanner killed most of the color but it still looks pretty good after some tinkering. :D
