Anyways, broke my 9B with the bottom right shadowing T.T Sigh. And this looks super awkward on the screen all scanned XD I'm serious. It looks a TRUCK LOAD better in person. Um... sleeve was great to do- lots of interesting details. I get bored doing clothes cause they're very mundane to me once you've done the form of them. Trying to make the sleeve look like it's un ironed with the cotton stiffness was interesting. :)

Anyways- more later. For now, this proves it's still happening. I'm gonna see if I can get this into my art book for Doujin Overload :)

      Thank you Smile This was a picture I didn't expect to ever finish, but I'm glad I did Smile I did so for an art book I made. IT inspired me to finish this and a Dr Who one I made too. I... didn't have much finished art back then XD

      Thank you Smile Sweeney's outfit was a little tedious.... sorry, VERY tedious to draw, but I got there in the end XD Definitely not my most easiest picture to draw this one XD

      Thank you Smile IT took me a little while to finish this one, but it's no where near as bad as drawing Dr Who's jacket XD Those stripes kill me >.< I enjoyed doing this one Smile Had to make up the background though. Reference didn't have that XD Put a pseudo London in the background. This looks alot better in person though :/ The scanner did alot of tonal damage with the scanning process >.>

        Scanners, some of them, can be positively devilish. XD It's one of the reasons I enjoy working in digital.

          Digital has it's own problems. What you see on your screen is NOT what other people see on their screen. The only time it's constant is when it's printed. I have a thing for physical copies. I guess you could almost call it a fetish of sorts the way I love art materials Wink

      Thanks Smile I spend extra time on faces cause they're so critical for recognizing people. Hers was difficult for some reason... I think cause her expression is more subtle than Sweeney's. I like a challenge though Smile

      Thank you, Robin ^^ I put alot of time into this so I'm glad it turned out so well Smile I had to improvise with the background a bit, but it was all worth it Smile What are you doing with yourself nowdays anyway? I haven't seen you in AGES. You've been busy, I take it?

        I've been lurking around my sites. I had to take a long leave from artwork lately. I'm in the last long haul before I finish my degree, and I'm trying to do that and work at the same time, while still saving some time for my family to see me.

        Also, I've been having a bit of trouble with my hands lately. I think it's too much writing/typing/knitting etcetera all adding up to bite me in the butt. *sigh* Still, I can only hope I'll have something to show I'm alive again soon.

            I'll be back in December/January I think. When I come back I plan on making it full time for a while. I've missed my internet groups and such. I graduate in December, though, and that should help a lot.

      Thank you Smile The background was a bit of an impromptu thing cause I made some mistakes I needed to cover, but it turned out pretty believable in the end Smile The final was better than my failed attempt design anyways so I'm happy ^^
