Tried to paint in a looser style for this one and reist the urge to get too detailed. Not easy.

I love her wild stare and the color scheme, it lends a cold, wild air.
Not too detailed? hell, I never have as much details as you have here xD
some small critique: the lower part of her staff looks flat, like a board, not a staff.
At first I thought this pic was done in acrylics ^^ good work!

  Thanks for the feedback. I'll work some more on the staff. My reference to detail was with hindsight a little misleading. It was a painterly feel I was after with brush strokes more evident rather than a more cleanly rendered photorealistic finish. Thanks again
