This is from an RP that my roomie, Nykki, and I are working on. Meet Kalira, a bound demon lord, and Ilya, an exorcist in training.

Marked as mature just to be on the safe side...

And I'll give you a snippet of that story...

======

“Strip,” Kalira commanded.

The teen didn’t hesitate at all as he stood so he could first kick off the shoes. Though eager he stripped slowly, either to tease or to make sure he didn’t topple over was up for anyone’s guess. He even had set the clothing down kind of neatly. His right hand rested on the bejeweled left one, idly stroking it before letting his hands fall down at his sides.

Kalira watched him silently, eyes falling to the other’s bracelet before they returned to Ilya, quirking an eyebrow.

He placed his hand on the bracelet again, this time slowly removing the rings. The actual bracelet part followed soon after. Ilya gave the bracelet a thoughtful look before dropping it to the ground. He didn’t even bother setting it with the rest of his things as he stepped toward the other.

When the other was in reach Kalira reached up and took both of his hands and placed them on either side of the collar that was still around his throat, holding them there for a moment before he removed his own hands.

He trailed his fingers along the collar, searching for the locking mechanism. Just as he clicked it the doors to the shrine opened.

“Ilya! Don’t!” his grandmother shouted. They started chanting, and Ilya recognized it as being one of the highest warding spells his grandparents knew.

He looked over to see both of his grandparents standing there. “Don’t hurt them when I remove it, please?” he asked quietly.

“…for now,” the demon lord answered after a moment.

When he heard that he merely nodded and completely removed the collar, dropping it to the ground as his grandparents’ wards started to go up. The wards fizzled in the air, completely useless.

“Ilya, get the bracelet and come here,” his grandfather pleaded. Both of them knew it was probably useless given the demon’s close proximity and the fact that he was no longer bound by the collar.

“Why should I leave that which I am sworn to?” he asked, glancing back to his grandparents.
