I noticed you had a bit of trouble arounf the hair with anti-alias. A feature that photoshop has is threshold. IT turns your lineart to pure black and white (more so than level bumping). If you use threshold on a highres lineart, then you'l have colour to black flood filling, and it'll be all pretty and aliased when you go to shrink it
