Skirt Weather

A very crappily and hastily drawn little comic about the weather.  I bought a bunch of new skirts from Goodwill and have been waiting to wear them...but the weather keeps teasing me by being super awesome one day, getting me all pumped for wearing my skirt the next morning, only to be rainy and cold the next day!  What is an androgynous girl with a rad fohawk to do??
