My first intaglio plate finally printed and scanned for posting~
This was the first time I'd ever done printmaking and so the first project in the class was to do a simple one process plate. Hazuo ended up being my subject/victim. XD

When I originally sketched this I wanted to do something that had a lot of Hazuo's symbols in it. Originally there was the constellation of Seiryuu in the sky but it was scrapped out in the end because the Chinese character for it kept ending up backwards. @ A @ I may add it in digitally at some point, idk. But! I managed to get in all his lovely stars and clouds and swirly space stuff along with a peony. The peony is the flower that represents him~

This plate was... labor intensive to say the least. I had to keep going back and scrapping out scratches and things that I etched in wrong. But in the end I'm really happy with it. |D
