Queen

Long ago, in the years unrecorded by history, recognized only by time as the last moment of a great era... From the soil beneath this sole, to the furthest reaches of the world... Two races: Humans and Qattasians, waged an all-out war to claim supremacy over lands. The war was in part instigated by the coronation of a new Qattasian Leader, whose capability threatened the Human race. In the end, the Qattasians gradually lost their grounds. From the palace, the Leader's beloved wife, the queen, watched the world with some worry, but also peaceful acceptance.

Some talks about Qattasian architecture/style, if you're interested: although Qattasians spread throughout the world and cultures varied a lot, their primary architectural paradigm started with deconstruction of the sphere and curvilinear shapes, interlacing in a manner similar to De Stijl. However, as the style grew, it became natural to incorporate Art Nouveau type whiplash lines for added grandeur. However, although the sphere remained the fundamental motif in Qattasian architecture, construction complexity and economical use of space often rendered common buildings into cylindrical forms. The sphere was used for buildings such as the palace- as shown near the bottom of the picture.

Thanks anticia! ^__^ I am a bit surprised myself how well this came out. And might I say, I adore a lot of your works too- the way you stylize the traditional-Japanese-themed characters is pretty unique!
