I like the soft look to the shading! I would recommend playing around with your shadows and highlights; for example, try shading blonde hair with a desaturated, darker blue or purple instead of just using black or a darker shade of yellow. The colors of the shadows and highlights depends on what her surroundings are, but even on a white background, adding some color to shading can really make an image pop

Thank you. I wasn't sure. Was trying to get out from the outlines but maybe the eyes need or maybe even more shading around the eyes.

Her eyes need a black outline and maybe an eyelid. I think the red of her lips may be too bright, and the black line of her eyebrow may be too dark.
