St. Patrick's Day: Foster

Foster is a little monster I've been doodling for a while. I guess I kind of imagined him? Hallucinated him? I was having a weird day and then he showed up in my head and now here he is wearing a big green hat.

I don't actually celebrate Saint Patrick's Day he did this just to annoy me.
