The Veligent cover art

For the next few months I will be updating twice a week Mondays and Thursdays. This comic is mostly old fasioned real media: brush and ink, but it has also been shaded and fooled with in photoshop.
(I am SOOO grateful to live in an era that includes photoshop!! ...and toilet paper, and plumbing...and tylenol...oh , and the internet...and art websites like this one...)

Not only beautiful graphics (and I was to say that already before i read ther is even a COMIC for it *u*) but your way of storytelling, how you surprise people all the time with the unexpetant visions and happenings.

Back to this piece - really lovely lineart and details and I love how at the first time you only see the fish..then you realize there are birds too. Well flying fish is sth not so rare lately. But I rarely see them combined with birds. XD
Plus just how you draw their scales and feathers with kind of similar pattern just gives an interesting feel to it.
