You are MINE

A conversation on Tumblr got brought up reminding me that Kyle was going to try and conquer the Yellow lantern ring in the next New Guardian (#14) a week ago, and it got me wondering how Kyle would take having to use the ring of Fear after having the Fear entity, Parallax inside of him. I of course got the need to draw something based off this So, in hoping that the next New Guardians is going to be kick ass and bring up Parallax, Sinestro screwing over his life on Earth (it's going to be interesting to see what happens next time these two meet), and anything else that goes with using the fear ring.

I don't normally do art with a fear based theme... I guess it's pretty in time for Halloween actually XD This picture is based on a line Parallax says in the comic when he 'visits' Kyle's... personality? Soul? Meets up with Kyle who is trapped in a room, does some trash talk, they fight it out, then Parallax blasts him with pure fear yelling "You are MINE!" Pretty much summed Parallax up to me with how it takes control of it's hosts and uses them. Kyle proceeds to stab Parallax in the eye with a pencil (I just realised... It's a Prismacolor turquoise pencil XD [link] Am I an art geek or what? XD )which was totally badass. Anyways... I spent way too long on this, but the good news is that I realise that I tolerate digital art a lot better than I use to Win!
