Background: Been planning weddings for the family since the 1792, but she doesn't do weddings, she does WEDDINGS! Dreams of someday to plan weddings for her nieces and nephews. One wedding she did regret making was for her brother, Armadeus(Thatch's father) and Kasha(Thatch's mother, whom she suspects been plotting against the family for years) She is also the one who enrolled Cecila and Catcher into Guardian Academy and recruited them into C.H.A.O.S after Kasha exile them from the clan. Vespa hopes that one day, they'll rescue Thatch from his mother's influence and retrieve Thistle before Kesha gets to her as well.

Family: Cecila and Thistle(nieces), Catcher and Thatch(nephews), Amadeus(brother)

Powers: Doesn't use her vampiric powers as much but can use hypnosis just to get better deals for weddings. Still has her super strength and can tell if people are speaking the truth or not.

Appearance: Different color suits depends on which job she is doing. Pink with a matching hat for wedding planning, dark blue for school business, and dark gray with a berret for C.H.A.O.S. When not working, she wears what ever feels comfortable. Light gray skin, violet eyes, the family "V" stripe in the hair, often keeps her hair in a bun style on the back of her head. Blue eye shadow and red lipstick

Personality: Very flamboiant. A doting and protective aunt to her brother's children. A stern but fair educator, and precise agent for C.H.A.O.S

Likes: Weddings, her nieces and nephews, gourmet foods, young lovers in love, antiquing, wedding shows, romantic comedies, and children.

Dislikes: Her sister-in-law, arrange marriages, pedophiles, eloping, Vegas weddings, child/domestic abuse, teenage pregnancies and tv shows about them.
