For Tennis Pirate-The torso

Posted Nov 28, 2005, 11:58:47 PM UTC
So I did this for Tennis Pirate as a request for a muscle tutorial. It's not really a tutorial it's more of an anatomy thing. BR or FableSpinner will probably be able to make a better one, but until thenI hope this will help. :D I got alot of this from anatomy books. Yay! I'm finally studying those. I'm so proud of myself. Anyway if anything on here is placed wrong or just doesn't look right tell me and I'll attempt to fix it. Oh yeah and please forgive my crappy handwriting it's the worst in the world!

I think a more accurate term for this peice would be - Torso. That's just me nit-picking. Embarrassed Overall you did a pretty damn good tutorial. Here's some additional terms you could use in the future. Don't forget the yummy obliques!! That little muscle you're showing that extends and flattens when the arm is raised is called the 'latissimus dorsi' or as body building like to call them 'lats' for short. Also the muscle that connects with the collar bone is called 'sternomastoid'. And those sexy neck muscles that hold upthe head: 'trapezuis'.

Torso! That's the word! Man I have the worst memory and the word was right there and for some reason I just couldn't rememebr what it was.Does that ever happen to you?? Silly me oh well. Yeah and about all the muscles I didn't want to get too specific with it...and it was at one in the morning when I was drawing it and I didn't want to write all those long complicated words when I was half awakeLaughing anyway thanks for the heads up though next time I do a tutorial I'll be sure to add those.

This is great I'm adding it to my refrence folder as well and I have to comment on your handwritting it after reading your reply to Lili. I don't think it's bad at all, have you seen mine? Grin But personally no matter how sloppy I write I love my handwritting so it doesn't bother me in the least all part of the lefty persona, LOL.

Yeah, it just bothers me is all. I'm 16 and it stills looks like it did when I was in third grade >_< but oh well I'm starting to accept it. Thanks for your comment!

LOL, I'm a decade older than you and my writing looks like my three year olds Grin Some advice from my big sis that I use often "Accept and move on" it aplies to all sorts of things LOL.
