You did the structure of the cat's face nicely, I'm jealous- I can't draw cats a fraction so well as I'd like.

Thank you. Smile I was using a photo of a caracal for a model on this one, so it's wasn't off-the-top-of-my-head good. But yeah, cats can be tough beasties to draw sometimes, although practice helps.

I recently got a cat, so hopefully I can model off of him. He's a good looking cat, so that's good.

          Nice! What kind is he?

I'm not sure, he's all black and has a facial build that reminds me of a panther some. He technically was a stray, but he behaves way too well and sweetly for him to have always been one, so I think he was an abandoned pet.

I'm glad he has a home with you now. Smile And I hope to see some black-and-white kitty pictures in the future.

Me too Corky Smile And maybe! I love my cat a lot, so pose sketches are very possible thing in the future, though I intend to get most of my recent old art up before I put up anything new.

Seems like easy-mode for that would be when the little guy's sleeping. Wink

Very true, it's slightly more difficult to draw a moving thing, heh.

Especially one who moves in as many different ways as a CAT. Wink
