Fanart of Seeu from Vocaloid. I improved a lot since my first post here and am still trying to improve more. I need to practice dynamics, perspective, backgrounds, and hands.

    This is super cute! Nicely drawn pose.

    It looks almost like it was painted on a cell. What technique did you use to make it look that way?

      I copy the color and lineart layer and then make a new layer for them, and then on the new layers I add a 12 percent guassian blur in Clip Studio Paint to get that effect.
