Lighthouse State Beach

Posted Aug 6, 2018, 6:31:07 AM UTC

Second week with my plein air painting group, this time at a beach. It was a bit challenging because a bunch of dogs kept coming up to me and sticking their nose in my painting, but I managed to fend them off. Stay tuned for a blog post about this one!

That would be a struggle- if it were me, I'd end up spending the whole time petting them and wouldn't make any progress at all, so nice work there! The sand and water could use improvement in the future, but the cliffs came out splendidly. They have wonderful texture and depth, good work!
