The Spring Guardian

This is my gift-art for PaperDemon's Secret Santa art trade, my person's request was, "something that represents your work, original character, still life, landscape, whatever you do best", so I decided to re-do the classic "Spring Guardian in the spring" illustration I've done twice before {I posted the other versions in my gallery yesterday, for those who'd like to see; they're on the melancholy side, whereas this one is bright and cheerful} - her name is Sha Amaranth, she's my magical avatar for an upcoming Dark Fantasy/Adventure graphic novel webcomic series that my brothers and friends have been writing since 1998, where we're also characters in the story as well. Her magic is earth and nature based. She's also a healer; a sensitive, creative soul; and tends to always fall for the bad guys in the story.  ♡
