Brief biography:

Dheer lives a simple life in a valley known as the Preserve, where he trains and rehabilitates "problem" creatures. His specialty is giant, birdlike dragons, as their ire is often the most deadly. Dheer is known for his ability to handle aggressive cases, and is said to possess a deadly patience. His dearest companion is an owlike dragon named Whisper, who assists him with handling many of the largest species.

Before his life in the valley, Dheer lived in a mountain range many leagues away from the Preserve. His small village survived their harsh life in the mountains with the help of a variety of creatures, working hard alongside them as companions. Dheer was a wild teenager, an impish rascal who constantly tried to wiggle his way out of any difficult work. An accident caused by his lackluster performance resulted in the death of several villagers and creatures, and the injury of his own companion. His shame at the grief he brought his community drove him to leave, abandoning his family name and striking out into the world to atone for his errors.
