Rothigan the Rat

"Rothigan, also known as Rat.

Always greets birds with a hug, even under imminent danger, in which case he pulls out treats.

Will grab every unattended Stryx that he finds and run with it, often getting caught doing it, many shenanigans to be had.

Is unable to keep a solid form in direct light, especially sunlight, appearing as a gaseous fire with solid hands and feet, with face partially solid. The gaseous parts shimmer, has voids where his body normally would be and lags behind a little, but doesn't hinder his movement.

Squeaky voiced, threatens world domination, but is too preoccupied with birds.

Only his eyes glow and he has quite the rubber face, able to make a variety of expressions.

 

Rothigan is a happy lad who doesn't let any drawback bring himself down, slinging jokes and doing silly things.

 

His outfit can be changed if people want; it can be more intricate, he can have more layers or less, give him 50 scarves if you want!"
