The coloring here is beautiful, you are great with markers! The color transition on the starry black one's tail in particular is gorgeous, I have the hardest time getting smooth transitions like that when I pick up my markers.
It has a lot to do with the types of markers I use. I remember using Prismacolor markers back in my art class days and I could never get the same level of smoothness I can achieve now. Copics are AMAZING for blending. Just... Expensive. X,X
I have a few markers, but the price tag has certainly warded me off from copics- I don't use traditional mediums enough to justify the cost to myself, though they certainly are a good product.
Despite the cost, they're the only markers I feel confident recommending. I love how I'm able to just refill them rather than buy a new marker over and over. A single marker and a bottle of refill ink lasts years.
So if you are ever in the market for nice markers, I'd highly recommend them. :3
Your submission is posted to our site but it hasn't yet been added to an Art RPG queue for point counting, approval, and/or reward redemption. Submit it to the queue to get your rewards.
Those are my specialties. ;D
No problem!!
I can't wait to get his son uploaded. :3
