My entry for the Dragons Of Aquella July 2020 Monthly challenge!
Poor bonnie got spooked by a wandering Abyssal Aqrion, and in her startled state used her Light element for the first time! A bright flash bomb in the middle of the night is not pleasent >.>
Beautiful composition here! The kelp swaying like so frames the piece and creates a sense of how immersed one would feel in a field of the stuff. The distinct rays of light from her element are very dramatic, I find it interesting and nice how her element contrasts her coloration, too many people who make dragons fall into the trap of linking color to element one to one and it robs a ton of creativity from the process. I like the postures of the dragons in this as well, the small one pressed against the ground is clear body language of how spooked she is, while the coiling of the larger one emphasizes how much its eyes have got to be stinging. Hopefully the two manage to clear up the misunderstanding.
Your submission is posted to our site but it hasn't yet been added to an Art RPG queue for point counting, approval, and/or reward redemption. Submit it to the queue to get your rewards.

(And I'm sure they got things sorted out... hopefully... if Bonnie didn't dash off afterwards >_> )
