Calendar Gurlz - April

Yep guys... another one. I really like how her expression turned out. She is quite upset because it has just started raining. Well, Miss April... you know how the saying goes. April showers...
On another note, I tried to do a sort of paint-brush style background with my brush pens for this one which is why it has that textured look. That was intentional. I am beginning to think that maybe I should have blended some other colors in with it though. :ponders: Ah well.

  *giggles* But of course you don't have to wait all month. Never I say! And I will be bringing you July in a little while too. ^^ I am glad that you like her expression. I love it too. And not only did she forget her yellow rubber boots, but she forgot the rest of her legs as well! Well, at least she won't have to deal with wet socks. Now the wet hair could be a problem though. If I was nice, I would have drawn her an umbrella. But then we wouldn't have that cute expression. So it works out in the end. And you want to know a little secret? Come closer. No, closer... you totally rock as well. You are the epitome of all that wreaks of awesomeness. I bow down to you. All my love. ^_^

  Oh don't worry my dear... the flowers are coming for May. She is annoyed at the rain. She wants to kick herself in the butt for not remembering her umbrella. And now her hair is going to get all wet. Heehee. I am glad that you are enjoying these girls Robin. I wanted to do something a little challenging so I decided to do this little calendar. I wanted to see if I could in fact come up with 12 different girls at one time. And surprisingly, I did. And I have been having alot of fun with this. That makes it all worth it. All my love to you.

LOL, I know how she must feel! I never have an umbrella when I need one I like the rain drop on the middle of her head it is such a good reason for that face It is the most annoying spot to get hit cause it creeps down your skull and drive you batty Yet another triumph for you my dear

  Aww... thank you so very much sweetheart. You really know how to make me smile. And I know EXACTLY what you mean about that one particular spot on your head. Here is an amusing little story... ahem...
  When I was about 5 years old, my mother went and bought me a dwarf rabbit. This rabbit was my very first pet ever. And her fur was so beautiful. It was the color of Nutmeg. So I named her Ginger. Anyway... I was sitting on my bed and playing with Ginger and I put her on top of my head. Well, the next thing I know, I felt something really warm start to trickle down my head. It took me a second, but I realized that Ginger had peed on my head. In that exact spot. Just thought I would share that with you. So, I know exactly what you mean about that spot. And every time that rain or even the water from the shower lands on that spot, I am forever reminded of Ginger and her present she gave me.

  That bit of info makes me feel better about my own over sharing Miss April is now going to be forever thought of as Ginger in my mind now
