How Mayeb (the rat critter balancing on the harpias face) does scavenging. Mostly going out at night for reasons, she and seagull wannabe (harpia) scoots along the rocky shores looking for old wrecks. Once finding one that looks promising she throws her little floaty light bottles around to help with spotting loot. The light bottles are various algae, mosses, or fungus that give off a glow when jostled a bit. Kind of like glowsticks. Mayeb somehow figured out how to cultivate colonies of the stuff. The bottles are slightly weighted at the bottoms with a float ball on top, which is then connected to a fancy curved hook. Mayebs getting the friendly gryphs to hook the bottles higher up on the wreck and eventually carry whatever salvagable loot is held inside. Most wrecks are general supplies like wood, stone, and food items (terribly soggy but perfect for glow goop!). Ocassionally theres more valuable stuff like hides, raw metals, or even gold. Glys' face makes a good ladder for now.
