Places To Think

One thing that's been halting me art wise was this guy's faces. Specifically, his previous spots- they'd disappear at certain angles of light due to their irridescence, specifically all of the angles that looked like typical daytime setting. Oops. Anyways, I finally got myself to do some concept stuff, and after making a new facial pattern for him and tweaking several of his colors, I am a lot more satisfied. We'll see what the next change will be haha. I had this picture laying around in my art folder unfinished for a while, but it had all the lines and the whole background done, which would be a shame to let go unseen. I had to reline his face for anatomy accuracy, but it turned out well, I'm glad I dug it from the depths.
