Noktus banner

"I'm going to try to be more active in posting on here!" I said, seven months ago. I am so very good at keeping up to date on posting art.

Anyway, I came across some old concept doodles in a sketchbook from 2016/17 and found the motivation to finish them up - they were part of a deal that never really got finalized to make some banners for the alignments journal for dracostryx waaaay back, I believe? But it was a long time ago and my memory on it is a bit fuzzy, and I don't really care overmuch about the specifics, just thought this'd be fun to finish up! This would've been the Noktus-themed one. Colours and 'accessory' bits to the main flag were based on the idea of them being nocturnal hunters (pelts, moon-themed stuff, etc) it was a lot of fun to finish up after all these years! (I have sketches for a Daius and Voidrae banner from back then as well that I might also paint, depending on if I have time and how my motivation fares.)
