Tempest
New gal, Tempest! She's basically a celestial being, not exactly supernatural, but just otherworldly. She is a force of balance in the world, and only acts to change fate when the world is in danger. Of course once Phantom comes to power, she has to rise and act fast in order to assist in the eradication of the newfound danger.
