Solo Rearing

My new character Solo that was given to me as a gift. He's possibly a freisian but I'm not sure yet XD I need to edit a few things on him so hopefully I'll get round to that soon.

Anyways, It's been a really long time since I did a coloured realistic horse. So here's my first one after I forget how long XD

I dunno about anatomy, me not being anywhere near the experts, but it do like the pose. I think it could use a backround- most pics look better with backrounds anyway.

  I would've put one on but the layers in the sketcher on artgrounds.com weren't really suitable at the time to be able to put a background behing the image that I'd done before thinking about a background. Thankyou for your comment though ^^

Wow!This is awesoem! I love black horses!!!!They`re so full of misteries and energy1I love his pose! I`ve had a diary with a black horse in a pose like this!Awesome job!Ilove the coloring and the motion is captured very well!awesome job!

this is butiful, but i must say the anatomy isn't perfect, his...rump, is a little too small i'd say.. but hey, this beats the tomato sause out of my horses.lol. bootiful

  haha, i totally know what you mean, i have the same problem.. what is it with anatomy that is so hard to do from the ground up? haha. oh, and you're welcome ^_^
