Generations Bit 5

This is number five in my Generations series for conceptual illustration class. I couldn't do something elaborate for every illustration due to time constraints, so for this one I just did something really simple. I drew a compass rose which signifies direction. The 2 arrows/hands you see coming out from the center of the compass rose are there to represent time. Time and Location, both very important things in RPGs.

There are a few references in here to my favorite RPGs that may be recognizable.

      the hearts are to represent the life meter, not how many lives you have left. So this whole compass thing is like a trio of stats. Where you are, what time it is, how healthy you are Big Smile Thanks for the comments.

    Zelda with the hearts? I think? Maybe a few games use that...

      yep Zelda. Smile There are other games that use hearts for hitpoints though. Mario 2 does.

        Yeah- I've got one of the old Zelda handheld ones from the 80s that's the only reason I know of Zelda ^^;
