Fui has a way about her that is off putting and seems sassy to most people and has a hard time making friends with anyone who isn't a Pokémon. Underneath it all Fui is a kind and caring Pokemon Trainer and when she makes them an amazing and loyal friend.

Fui grew up in Lavender Town though, she spent most of her time in the wilds outside it exploring and playing with the wild Pokémon. Even as a child she could Understand and even talk to Pokémon she had a close bond with and that ability transferred into her adult life. She eventually decided to become a trainer after the Lavender Town incident with team rocket but decided to she would perfer to explore other regions and that's how she ended up here.
