Don't Talk to Strangers

Sometimes Gabriel thinks about where he would be if he had never spoken to Dimitri Resano.  If he hadn't been so polite and so gulible.  Home with his family? In a shop of his own? 

But it doesn't do any good to regret the past, does it? 

(I had a lot of trouble with this one, but I think the cartoony exadurated style fits the subject?)
