Helga sometimes helps out in the Lackadaisy Loft, the adoption center for lost or unwanted Stryx. Her lifelong experience as a Stryx trainer definitely comes in handy. This kind of volunteer work, however, also comes with a certain level of risk... With the newest addition to the Loft, the odds were definitely against Helga. She quickly found out she couldn't resist the puppy eyes of this abandoned rust-colored Chiro boy. He latched onto her during feeding and simply refused to let go. Helga finished all of her chores for the day with the small bat dragon clinging to her back. At the end of her shift she filled in the adoption form and the two of them left for home together.
