Evil Kiri.

I imagine this is what would have happened if she never left her hometown when they started the witch hunt against her. Evil Kiri would burn the world in her anger and pain.

I can see here how you have used your white pen to great effect, both on the light she is holding and on that fire behind her. the texture of the fire is very impressive.

The figure is also interesting. I love the ways she is the same as Kiri and the ways she is different.

  I am pleased with the fire, too. For some reason I gave evil Kiri the same body shape as normal Kiri despite the fact that she hasn’t been as nomadic…. But what the heck.
  
  I do see her embracing the steampunk of the portal worlds though.

  Yes, I think evil Kiri would have been a fun avenue to explore, for sure. She does have a dark side, as we all do.
  
  But I don’t really want to get into alternate realities of the same character just yet. Too confusing for my poor brain. XD

  Hmm... I'd say that depends on what you want for your art to look like. A friend of mine makes great artworks without any shading because they simply have no fun in doing it. I prefer most artworks with at least minor shading, but when I'm lazy I just put some lighting on it and call it a day. Overlay layers in a certain colour or gradient can already change a lot and tie it together nicely.

  Well, most of my pieces are more on the side of realism, but I liked the more comic style for this one. I think what is making me unsure is the lack of definition on her coat, mostly
