#41 - Party Time

Your character got wrangled into going to a party. Show what your character would spend the whole time doing. Dancing? Socializing? Hiding in a corner?

"Hello, did you need me? No? Then why are you looking at me like that? I was invited, too..."

Honestly, no one really knows why they bother inviting Paiko to any events. Most of the time, it seems that the little half-drakon doesn't even show up - until he lets out a comment the next day about something he overheard at the party. Which is around the same time that everyone realizes how many hiding places there are in a room full of tables and people.

Well, it's not like he's trying to avoid people completely; in fact, he feels a certain comfort around crowds. Just not in the middle of them, as the center of attention. Hence why he insists that no one try to throw a celebration for his own anniversary of rescue. 

Statistically, the most likely places to find him at a party are in the corner near the snack table, or the karaoke room. (But only when no one else is around.)

He's a dimensionally-adjusted human, specializing in short-burst time travel that isn't that useful for seeing the past or the future, but more useful for avoiding obstacles in the present time. That ability makes him a great field guy/scout/rescuer, though his long-term goal is to reach Visor status one day.

Many of his peers believed he would've made a great Rift Patroller. Somewhat of a shame he decided to join the other side instead.
