OCL 1 Prompt 2: Scouting the competition

There's no better time to brush up on controlling his fire and evasive tactics than the present! Pinnley has been hard at work reading up and preparing for the league in his own way! He's brushing up on evasive maneuvers, reading up on the competition, and refreshing on the properties of fire to ensure he keeps his flames well under control! This may be a competition, but Pinnley intends to try his hand at winning without causing anyone harm, and he sees this as the perfect opporitunity to test himself in a controlled environment!
