Short Biography:
Milka is living in a big city at the moment. Since he already had a difficult live, he struggles a lot and tends to act first and thinks afterwards about what he had done. 
Because of the disability to walk in daylight, he is at home often and comes out only at night. 
He is a little bit crazy and has a short fuse, but if he starts to like someone he'd do everything for them.
