Latent Element - Cooking with Fire!

When Podge's element manifested, she was thrilled to find out it was fire! It was perfect for her as she could use it to cook and create meals on her travels. In this scene in particular, she is using her mastery of the fire to cook some stir fry by having precise control over how hot the fire is at all times.

And of course, while she's doing all the cooking, Hiss and Tangle feel the need to participate as well by dressing the part and watching Podge work.

The little hats! Ahhhh!

I adore this character so much, she's such fun! The roses on her outfit are also really lovely-- is that a pattern you did by hand?

  Yes I had to have Hiss and Tangle dress the part haha.
  And yup! I drew the rose pattern by hand, and I am very happy that it's obvious that they were roses as I was a little unsure about them coming across right.

Also.. Why is she using a ladle to make stir fry?

  Their snoots are definitely boopable!
  And wok ladles are used with wok's in chinese cooking, usually for dishes with sauces like stews, stir fry's, and stuff ^^
