I was listening to some M.O.V.E. (Japanese Pop/Rock/Electronica) on my MP3 player (er, in the toilet, of all places) and all of a sudden I just got this mental image of this picture.
So I went back into my office and drew it. ^_^;
For the record, I don't like rulers and they don't like me. I learned this when I was studying Graphic Design and it still seems to hold true.
But I do really kinda like it. I'll hate it in a few days like always, I know, but for now I'm gonna wallow in the feeling of actually -liking- something I've drawn. ^_^
The lyrics I was listening to when I thought of this are:
"Got to say, I got to say, nothing can bring me down,
Faraway, so far away, I would keep it up, ohh
Got to say, I got to say, nothing can bring me down oh yeah,
Faraway, so far away, now I'm looking for reality.
(Welcome to the world of reality.)"
...M.O.V.E. are becoming as inspiring to me as Gackt. x.x;;
I agree, it does have a really cool feel to it, and a good drawing. Anything I sketch comes out with a billion lines and eraser marks, so it's great how clean it is.
I'm glad you like it. It did actually have a load of really messy lines, but between the eraser and the scanner, some became a little less visible. ^^;

I'm really glad you think it looks clean too. ^_^
The lyrics sound alot like Gackt... I don't like him.
