Martini Bulma

This is for the Mulin Rouge theme, and, well, why not?  I'll put it up here too! :D
So!  Why a Martini Glass?  I'm not sure...  I just liked it.
Why the skimpy clothing?  For Mulin Rouge, D'uh!
Why no feathers?  'Cause I forgot about them, and when I remembered about them, it was too late to put them in.
